This is a beautifully enriched dough made over a slow fermentation process. We believe these are best eaten when cut in thick slices, toasted and topped with your favourite Mahali & Co jam or butter. If you find yourself with extra leftovers, we always recommend using this to make homemade French toast.
Large loaves are weighed at 750g and will give you 9-10 generous slices.
Small loaves are weighed at 350g and will give you 5 generous small slices.
