A pillowy soft loaf that tastes delicious plain or packed with dark chocolate chips. Have it on its own or lightly toasted with some jam. In addition, this is also our go-to bread choice for homemade French toast (with cinnamon!) – it will soak up the egg mix nicely and have a great airy texture.
Large loaves are weighed at 750g and will give you 9-10 generous slices.
Small loaves are weighed at 350g and will give you 5 generous small slices.

I absolutely love this loaf! It tastes like brioche but is made in an Asian way which is why I was desperate to try and the folded dark chocolate was delicious! Had this toasted, on its own with just coffee and even as french toast as they recommended, and it did NOT disappoint! Highly recommend this and will buy again.
