These brownies have been so highly sought after, we always make extras. Although gluten free, we formulated this recipe so that our brownies still remain fudgy in texture and is made with 70% couverture dark chocolate. As an added bonus, we swirl ours with dulce de leche and roasted pecan nuts.
Each brownie slice is 155g each.
A brownie slab (single tray) has 155g x12 slices.
